The room was very cold and there was just one blanket The breakfast is too poor

This place is really gorgeous with very nice common areas. Very nice staff, delicious breakfast with lots of fruit. Excellent location in the heart of the beautiful Paraty. Valet parking!

Quite costly and we woke up at night by very loud noises from the street (but we also stayed in the only room that was directly facing the noisy street). They charge a service fee of 10 percent on top of the price you see on booking websites.

It is situated in the Old Town close to everything and they have kept the old style theme. Well maintained and friendly staff. The staff communicated well in English.

Ants in our room, hundreds of them in the registration book. Travel back and forth to our room from the main lobby over wet rocks and difficulty getting the door open once there.

The gardens, the little ones in the room and the big one round the swimming pool and the breakfast.

Everything ok, perhaps not recommended for small children

The staff was very friendly and provided very useful local touristic information. This is a charming "pousada" to stay in, which I highly recommend. Overall, our stay was very good.

It was tasteful, quiet, luxurious, very nice, friendly and helpful staff who responded immediately when we had a problem and served a delicious breakfast

Superbly friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was an oasis of tranquility and was very relaxing. I would thoriughly recommend the hotel for couples.

Great hotel staff and extremely fascinating hotel. Many unique rooms, a great hotel bar area for lounging and chatting, and very knowledgeable about the local Paraty restaurants and activities. We had a great time at Pousada do Ouro.

Everything. An absolutely beautiful place with a very helpful, English-speaking and friendly staff. Excellent service, good breakfast and a nice garden and pool. Really worth it!
